What should I do if I would like to return a product?

Our products are Non-Returnable hygiene products, and may not be returned for a refund if the package has been opened (unless covered by our limited on-year manufacturer's warranty policy).

For authorized, non-warranty returns within 30 days of purchase, where the package has not been opened, buyers are responsible for return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from any refund. We will inspect the package to make sure that it has not been opened or used before issuing any refund.

Consumers must contact their Place of Purchase to initiate a return.

To Request a Return (if you purchased through this website): Please call (800) 755-8990, or email (sales@eaglehealth.com) our Customer Service Team to request a Return Authorization number. All returns must be pre-authorized. Merchandise returned without a Return Authorization will be returned to the shipper, freight collect. The Return Authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the carton. You must present your Order Number when requesting a return.

How do I register the product warranty?

Thank you for purchasing an Eagle Health Supplies product. If you would like to register the 1-year Warranty, please fill out the Warranty Card included in the box of your purchased product and send to:

What is the warranty for your products?

There is a limited one-year warranty for parts (to the consumer only) for manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase when purchased from one of our Authorized Dealers. Consumers must provide proof of purchase when contacting their place of purchase regarding warranty issues.

If my bench is not long enough in length, how can I make it longer?

If you have a regular length transfer bench from Eagle Health Supplies, 4" longer and 8" longer rails are available for purchase.

If my bench is too short in height, how can I make it taller?

If you have a regular or bariatric transfer bench from Eagle Health Supplies, 4" taller and 8" taller legs are available for purchase.

What should I do if my transfer bench seat does not slide as smoothly as before?

The seat may not slide as smoothly as before if the sliding rails have built up soap scum, mineral deposits or watermarks over time. To help the seat glide more smoothly, you may apply lubricant, such as WD-40, along the sliding rails

I've just assembled my sliding bench, but the seat will not lock at the ends of the sliding rails. What should I do?

Please check to make sure the bench is assembled correctly. There are two sliding rails (one with 2 brass pins and one with 4 brass pins). The 4-pin sliding rail should be installed on the "front" side of the bench (the direction you want the seat to face in the bathtub) with the 2 small brass pins facing outward and the 2 large brass pins facing downward. The 2 small brass pins help the sliding rings with the red tabs lock into place. The 2-pin sliding rail should be installed on the "back" side of the bench.

What should I do if my bench is assembled correctly and the seat used to lock at the ends of the sliding rails but does not anymore?

If this is an older bench, there may be built-up soap scum, mineral deposits or watermarks causing the brass push pins to stick. To help, you may spray lubricant, such as WD-40, on the brass push pin to loosen the pin.

What should I do if the swivel portion of my swivel seat does not lock anymore?

Make sure to release the swivel-lock lever after pushing it down to unlock the seat. The swivel seat will not lock if the swivel-lock lever is still pressed down.

If this is an older bench, there may be built-up soap scum, mineral deposits or watermarks causing the brass push pins of the swivel portion to stick. To help, you may spray lubricant, such as WD-40, on the brass push pin inbetween the swivel plates to loosen the pin.

Do your sliding transfer benches only face one direction? Or can they be assembled to face either direction?

Our sliding transfer benches can be assembled to either face to the left or to the right. The aluminum side panel with handlebar is the side which goes into the tub (or shower). Depending on which direction you want to face, you would install the sliding rail with 4 brass pins on that side ("front") which will also be the side of the seat with sliding rings with red tabs.

Do you make customized seats or transfer benches?

Unfortunately, we do not make customized seats or benches. Our products are currently manufactured overseas.

Do your products contain latex?

No, none of our products contain latex.

Can your cut-out seats be used for over-the-toilet use?

No, our transfer benches and shower chairs with replaceable cut-out seats (62321, 72331, 77311, 77381, 77391, 77663, 77683, 77693) are intended for personal cleaning purposes only and are not intended for over-the-toilet use.

How do I clean your products?

Our products should be wiped down after each use. We recommend cleaning our products with a soft cloth, warm water and mild soap, or with a soft cloth and any non-bleach cleaner.
