Great product, could use a couple of improvements

Overall, the product is solid, easy to assemble and works as expected and advertised. It would improve it to have additional height adjustment holes for the legs, my shower has quite a high floor and additional adjustment would be useful.

SMOOTH AS SILK

Without this sliding tub bench, my wife was not able to be showered due to her disability created by a stroke. The device works smoothly and safely.

Better than expected

The only place we could find toilet-to-tub transfer long enough for my sister. It took a little over a week for delivery from CA to Ohio, however, we had live access to track the package...which was awesome. The unit was easy to install and built well. I called customer service when I received one package (smaller one, rails) and they answered on the first ring, was very helpful. From our first experience, I would recommend them.
