Eagle Health Supplies ships orders to the 48 contiguous United States, and Alaska and Hawaii (additional charges may apply).

Free Shipping is limited to the 48 Contiguous United States for Orders over $100. 

Business days for order processing are from 8am to 4pm (Pacific time) Monday - Friday. Orders for in-stock items which are received before 2pm are shipped no later than the following business day.

For 48 contiguous United States: We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. You can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 full business days. Delivery will occur Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Tracking information will be provided in the Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled.

Return Policy

Return Policy

Our products are NON-RETURNABLE hygiene products, and may not be returned for a refund if the package has been opened (unless covered by our limited one-year manufacturer's warranty policy).

For authorized, non-warranty returns within 30 days of purchase, where the package has not been opened, buyers are responsible for return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from any refund. We will inspect the package to make sure that it has not been opened or used before issuing any refund.

Consumers must contact their Place of Purchase to initiate a return.
To Request a Return (if you purchased through this website): Please call (800) 755-8999, or email (sales@eaglehealth.com) our Customer Service Team to request a Return Authorization number. All returns must be pre-authorized. Merchandise returned without a Return Authorization will be returned to the shipper, freight collect. The Return Authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the carton. You must present your Order Number when requesting a return.

Eagle Health Supplies stands firm on our commitment to provide high quality and safe products, as well as excellent customer service. Our products are built to precise standards and are inspected to ensure they meet our high expectations. Our warranty represents our confidence in the materials and workmanship of our products.

LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY:

Eagle Health Supplies warrants its products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the period commencing upon the date of purchase and continuing for one year after the purchase date. The Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects, and is only for parts. This warranty does not include any labor or shipping charges incurred in replacement part installation or repair of the product(s).

The Limited Product Warranty only applies to the original purchaser/end-user of the Eagle Health Supplies product(s), and does not extend to subsequent purchasers, end-users, or owners. The warranty applies only to Eagle Health Supplies product(s) purchased from one of its Authorized Dealers. The warranty is void upon any sale by another person, entity, or company. Rental equipment is excluded from warranty.

Warranty does not cover damage to products through negligence, accident, misuse, lack of maintenance, improper storage, abuse, tampering, or damage resulting from transit. Warranty is invalid if product is modified or altered in any way. Further, the warranty shall not apply to problems arising from normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions for use and/or assembly. Such evaluation will be solely determined by Eagle Health Supplies.

For warranty service, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased your product. Please provide the nature of the manufacturing defect, the date of purchase, and the product serial number to your place of purchase. You will also be required to provide a receipt of your purchase.

Eagle Health Supplies disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages.
